1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the delicate and consumable nature of art and craft materials, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed and shipped.
2. Product Types Not Eligible for Return or Refund
This policy applies to, but is not limited to, the following items:
- Paints, inks, and other liquid materials
- Paper, canvas, and sketchbooks
- Markers, pens, pencils, and other drawing tools
- Glues, resins, and adhesives
- DIY kits and craft supplies
- Fabric, yarn, threads, and textiles
- Beads, embellishments, and small craft components
These items are highly sensitive to handling, storage, and contamination, and therefore cannot be restocked or resold once delivered.
3. Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Items
We only consider replacements or refunds for:
- Items that are received damaged during shipping
- Orders with wrong or missing items
To be eligible, you must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide a clear, unedited video while opening your parcel
- Include your order number and contact information
All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approved replacements or refunds are issued at our sole discretion.

ये वस्तुएं हैंडलिंग, भंडारण और संदूषण के प्रति अत्यधिक संवेदनशील होती हैं, और एक बार डिलीवरी के बाद इन्हें पुनः स्टॉक या पुनः बिक्री नहीं किया जा सकता।
3. अपवाद – क्षतिग्रस्त या गलत आइटम
